1. The Yellowstone – A spacious double-wide with over 2,500 square feet, featuring two living rooms, making it ideal for large families or those who love to entertain.

2. A Tiny Home – Fully loaded with smart design and modern finishes, perfect for minimalist living, downsizing, or starter homes.

3. The Cypress – A stylish single-wide packed with upgraded features like real-wood kitchen islands and modern finishes, blending comfort with affordability.

For grand opening attendees, special incentives were in store: up to $10,000 in home discounts, free gumbo, kids’ jump zones, and even prizes like Saints game tickets and a Riley Green concert experience.
